Important Notes:

1. The donor will send their proposal mentioning the donation fund to the organization's email.

2. The organization will accept the proposal and send its consent permission letter to the donor's email, adding its allowance expense.

3. Then the donor will transfer their donation fund to the organization and the donor will receive an online donation receipt for the amount they have donated.

4. If the donor also wants a tax exemption receipt for their donation, the organization will issue a tax exemption letter under 80G to the donor's firm/company email from their side. For which the donor will have to provide their details.

5. The organization will make proper use of the donation given by the donor and upload it on their website which the donor can see. That their donation fund has been used in the right place for social work as told by them.

6. The details of the total expenditure made in the project and photo clips will also be sent to the donor's official email or WhatsApp.

Important Notes:

1. This donation fund is a help for members' financial assistance achievement, through which they will establish their employment by receiving employment funds.

2. This fund will go to the beneficiary's wallet and they will withdraw this fund to their account and establish their employment.

3. A report will be prepared and sent to the donor's email with the name, ID number, and transfer fund details of who received the per unit donation fund given by the donor. So that the donor knows that their donation fund has gone to the members' account for employment. And the club will be mentioned for which rank the donation was made. And how many units, per unit will be mentioned.

4. The donor will receive an online donation receipt for the amount they have donated.
